Refund policy

Customers may return new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Certain items, such as test blocks, are made to order and cannot be returned.

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or order, manufacturing defects (as determined by the manufacturer), or damage during shipping (with proof of damage), we will provide a prepaid return label.

For returns due to reasons like the item not being required, the wrong size, or incorrect ordering (excluding custom-made items), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items returned due to an insufficient address or failure to pick up will be automatically refunded, minus the original shipping cost or up to a 15% restocking fee.

Consumable products can only be returned if they are new and sealed in their original packaging, if applicable.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days, plus the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Alternatively, you may request an exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide instructions on how to return items from your order
